We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Miami. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and nurturing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal preparation, and client outreach

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, progress, and account updates

  • Participate in client meetings and follow up with actionable insights

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent and effective service delivery

  • Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and client needs

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is a plus
