We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our growing team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver on client needs and expectations

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

  • Track and analyze account metrics and provide strategic recommendations

  • Prepare and deliver client reports and updates in a timely manner

  • Resolve issues and handle client concerns efficiently and professionally

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus

  • Professional demeanor and results-driven mindset
