Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Representative to join our growing team in Miami. The ideal candidate will serve as the voice of the company, managing direct communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders across various platforms. This role is critical to ensuring that our messaging remains consistent, professional, and aligned with our core mission.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in written and verbal communications with clients and partners.

  • Draft and review professional documents, internal announcements, and formal correspondence.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure communication consistency.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing materials.

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders.

  • Support the development and execution of communication strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or client-facing role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business email etiquette.
