We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to manage and streamline our internal and external communication efforts. This role involves planning, developing, and executing communications strategies that align with the brand’s vision and support client success. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain internal communication systems and external messaging frameworks
Draft, edit, and manage written materials such as press releases, newsletters, briefs, and client updates
Coordinate communication efforts across departments to ensure consistency and clarity
Support the execution of marketing campaigns by ensuring message alignment and brand integrity
Assist in planning and organizing events, presentations, and client communications
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all communication assets
Collaborate with senior team members to refine communication strategies and improve engagement
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
2+ years of experience in a communications or project coordination role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools
Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and formats
High attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
