We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building long-term relationships with potential clients. This role is essential to expanding our market reach and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets

  • Generate and qualify outbound leads through calls, emails, and professional networking

  • Conduct client meetings to understand design needs and propose tailored solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM software

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and client satisfaction

  • Track market trends and report on performance metrics to management

  • Assist in proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up abilities

  • Experience in the design or creative industry is a plus
