Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned clients

  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently

  • Track client feedback and provide input to improve services

  • Prepare reports on client interactions and outcomes

  • Support new client onboarding and implementation processes

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities in CRM systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer success
