Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing strategies, assist in client communications, and contribute to campaign planning and performance tracking. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about brand development, project management, and analytics — with a focus on impact, not just impressions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (excluding social media)
Support the creation of promotional and sales materials, presentations, and internal communications
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging
Contribute to the planning and execution of events, promotions, and brand activations
Manage and maintain CRM and marketing databases
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of marketing experience preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as CRM platforms or email automation systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
