Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the execution of marketing strategies, manage administrative tasks, and assist with project coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role that offers room for growth within a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies

  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, product launches, and promotions

  • Conduct market research and compile reports on customer trends and competitor activities

  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and internal documentation

  • Track marketing performance metrics and assist in preparing performance reports

  • Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and promotional inventory

  • Support day-to-day administrative functions within the marketing department

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or administrative support role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools is a plus (not required)
