Reboot Staff is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our growing marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, campaign coordination abilities, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced professional environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, improve lead generation, and support our business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor strategies

  • Help develop promotional materials and assist in campaign reporting

  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external partners

  • Track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness

  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing projects and vendor communication

  • Support event logistics and offline marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
