Reboot Staff is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our sales operations, managing client communications, and helping drive revenue growth by streamlining administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks.

  • Prepare and update sales reports, presentations, and documentation.

  • Coordinate client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

  • Manage data entry and CRM updates for customer interactions.

  • Handle order processing and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate performance summaries.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
