Job Description

Nexmos Design is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our growing team. This position plays a vital role in implementing marketing initiatives and assisting with promotional campaigns that align with our brand’s goals. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and design departments to help execute strategic projects, promotional events, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors and partners for promotional material production and distribution

• Prepare marketing reports, track campaign effectiveness, and compile data

• Support event planning and logistical coordination

• Maintain and organize marketing materials, inventory, and documentation

• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team and project leads

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or administrative support preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
