Messa Sync is currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to join our Tampa team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining strong client relationships by providing timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Identify areas for improvement and contribute to service enhancement strategies.
Support onboarding processes for new clients and assist with client retention initiatives.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, or customer care.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
