Blue Print Out is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and will play a key role in organizing brand initiatives across multiple departments. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong grasp of marketing principles and a proactive approach to project execution.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies.
Assist in organizing promotional events, tradeshows, and internal initiatives.
Support the marketing team in the creation of presentations, materials, and proposals.
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met across campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and operations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
