We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving customer satisfaction, managing client accounts, and coordinating the day-to-day activities that fuel our commercial success. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales department, including data entry, quote generation, and order tracking.

  • Communicate with clients regarding product inquiries, order status, and delivery timelines.

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in internal systems.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
