Job Description

Sphirea Plus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Assistant to support our production operations in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will assist with daily production tasks, coordinate with team members, and ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support production supervisors and team leads in daily operations

• Prepare, organize, and maintain materials and equipment

• Assist in quality control checks and documentation

• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies

• Coordinate logistics for product movement and packaging

• Help ensure that safety standards and company policies are followed

• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to aid the production team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

• 1+ year of experience in a production or warehouse setting

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory systems)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
