Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our client relationships and ensure smooth operations across our accounts. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with account coordination, communication, and issue resolution. Responsibilities
Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining strong professional relationships
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Support senior account representatives with data entry, reporting, and documentation
Monitor account activities and prepare regular updates for internal teams and clients
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently
Identify opportunities to improve account performance and client satisfaction
Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and service requests
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
0–2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or administrative roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
