We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication, smooth operations, and exceptional client satisfaction. Your ability to manage expectations, coordinate with departments, and provide timely updates will be essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments

  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and updates across stakeholders

  • Monitor account performance and report on key metrics to clients and leadership

  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction

  • Facilitate onboarding of new clients and communicate expectations clearly

  • Ensure internal teams are aligned with client goals and timelines

  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and status reports as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or similar roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
