We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations team in Cleveland. The Sales Assistant will play a key role in managing client communications, preparing proposals, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials

  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate client and lead information

  • Support order processing and tracking from initial inquiry to post-sale support

  • Respond to client inquiries and assist with issue resolution

  • Coordinate with marketing, production, and client service teams to ensure smooth workflow

  • Contribute to sales reports and data analysis as needed

Qualifications
