Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated Communications Agent to join our team. This role involves managing internal and external communications, supporting brand messaging, and ensuring that information is delivered clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver clear communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage company correspondence including emails, reports, and announcements.

  • Support public relations efforts and media inquiries.

  • Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging and information flow.

  • Assist with drafting press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

  • Monitor communication channels to ensure timely responses and updates.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in communications, customer relations, or a similar role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms.
