We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing professional, efficient, and high-quality support. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and representing the values of Messa Sync in every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and service processes.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in customer service.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
