We are seeking a highly motivated Client Relationship Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term relationships. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding service and help clients achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments.
Understand client objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Prepare and present performance reports to clients.
Maintain detailed client records and communication logs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
