We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying opportunities to support the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels.

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication methods to engage prospects.

  • Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.

  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
