We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Atlanta. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for building client relationships. The Junior Account Representative will work closely with senior account managers to ensure clients receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior account managers in managing client accounts and projects.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to address needs and provide updates.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.

  • Monitor account performance and suggest improvements.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to account management.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 1–2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service (internships included).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
