We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling inquiries, and providing top-notch service to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservation processes.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Manage room assignments, payments, and relevant documentation accurately.

  • Address and resolve guest concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs efficiently.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related training preferred.

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic office applications.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
