We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized state.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.

  • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
