We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the event sales process from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event sales and logistical needs are met while driving business growth through excellent customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the event sales cycle, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up

  • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

  • Collaborate with the event production and logistics teams to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations

  • Track leads, manage sales databases, and report on sales performance

  • Attend client meetings, venue walk-throughs, and select events as needed

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, events, or related industry

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
