We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and handling a variety of other tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendars, appointments, and meetings

  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries

  • Handle correspondence, calls, and emails on behalf of the executive

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

  • Assist in project coordination and follow-ups

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Support both professional and occasional personal tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
