We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Liaison to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall satisfaction and strengthening client relationships. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications

  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and promptly

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and follow up as needed

  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and provide guidance throughout the process

  • Identify areas for improvement in customer service procedures and provide feedback

  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing or service-related role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to conflict resolution

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
