We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role is focused on building, managing, and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate is a great communicator, problem-solver, and team player who thrives in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships through consistent communication and support

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with company services

  • Resolve client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience

  • Maintain accurate client records, notes, and activity reports

  • Support onboarding of new clients and guide them through initial processes

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services

  • Attend team meetings and provide feedback to improve client services

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
