  • Represent Captura Hall at industry events and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and in-person networking

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
