We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. This role involves direct outreach, market research, and collaboration with our marketing and sales departments to develop effective strategies.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking
Conduct market research to discover potential leads and industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
Track and report on lead generation and conversion metrics
Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate pipeline updates
Represent Captura Hall at industry events and client meetings
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and in-person networking
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
