We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Representative to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be the key liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership success. You will manage client communications, understand client needs, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Foster long-term relationships by understanding client goals and providing tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services
Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery
Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and communications
Support contract renewals and upselling opportunities
Prepare reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
