Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Associate to support internal and external communication initiatives across various departments. This role involves creating and managing content, coordinating communications strategies, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for storytelling and an ability to translate complex ideas into compelling messages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies

• Draft, edit, and proofread internal and external communications

• Coordinate with departments to ensure message consistency

• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and press materials

• Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements

• Maintain documentation and communication calendars

• Help organize events and communication campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications or related role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools

• Knowledge of branding and strategic messaging is a plus
