We are seeking a motivated Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and sales strategies. This role involves working closely with the Business Development team to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and support relationship-building activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the dynamics of business expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships

  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads

  • Schedule meetings and support the coordination of business development activities

  • Analyze sales and performance data to support strategic planning

  • Attend meetings, take notes, and assist in action item tracking

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 1+ year of experience in a business development, sales, or administrative role (preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
