Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Boston team. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of various internal and client-facing projects. The ideal candidate is a multitasker with strong communication skills and a passion for coordination and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and tracking of project plans, timelines, and deliverables

• Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are aligned

• Prepare status reports and maintain accurate documentation

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

• Monitor project progress and escalate issues as needed

• Support budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

• Conduct post-project evaluations and report outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
