We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of both internal and client-facing events. You will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure that every event runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about event planning, logistics, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating logistics for corporate events, promotional activities, and community functions

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm services and timelines

  • Manage event calendars, schedules, and registration lists

  • Prepare and organize event materials, signage, and equipment

  • Support on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown

  • Help track budgets, receipts, and post-event reports

  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and Marketing team

  • Ensure high standards of service and guest experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools

  • Ability to lift and transport event materials (as needed)
