Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. This role is essential to identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting Reboot Staff’s staffing services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand client needs to tailor effective workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client outreach

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Understand client staffing needs and present customized solutions

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure alignment with client expectations

• Attend local events, meetings, and industry functions to represent Reboot Staff

• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client data and progress reports

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or staffing industry

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
