We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to serve as the critical link between our clients and internal departments. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage relationships, understand client needs, and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations. You will collaborate across teams to coordinate services, manage accounts, and support customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives

  • Assist in the development and implementation of client account strategies

  • Monitor and report on account performance and project progress

  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally

  • Collaborate with sales, support, and technical teams to enhance customer experience

  • Prepare and present client reports, updates, and recommendations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer relations, or client services

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
