We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing prompt, professional, and efficient support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and courteous manner

  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and procedures to provide accurate information

  • Process orders, returns, and account updates with precision

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery

  • Document interactions and feedback in the CRM system

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
