Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of company and client events. From conceptualization to day-of logistics, this role is responsible for ensuring memorable experiences that align with brand objectives and operational goals. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events from start to finish

• Oversee registration, setup, and event-day operations

• Monitor post-event metrics and create detailed reports for evaluation

• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and company standards

• Address issues or concerns quickly and efficiently to maintain event quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role

• Excellent organizational and project management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during events
