We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and providing tailored voice branding solutions to businesses. Your ability to understand client needs and communicate our value will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

  • Present and promote voice branding services to potential clients in various industries

  • Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in marketing, branding, or related services

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of client relationship management

  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
