We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our Cleveland-based team. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in leadership, operations, and business strategy. You will work alongside senior leaders and contribute to real projects that drive the organization forward. Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured leadership training program with rotational assignments

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies

  • Analyze key performance indicators and recommend improvements

  • Support team coordination, performance reviews, and project execution

  • Lead small team initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership

  • Attend workshops and sessions focused on communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning

  • Report progress and feedback regularly to management
