We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding team. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, initiating meaningful conversations with prospective clients, and supporting our sales team to build strong client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving growth.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and lead generation tools.
Identify potential clients and qualify sales opportunities.
Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline goals.
Provide feedback to improve messaging and outreach effectiveness.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1+ year of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of motivation, energy, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
