We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Leadership Development Associate to support and deliver leadership initiatives across various client organizations. This role will focus on implementing leadership programs, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance team performance and organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and delivering leadership development programs and workshops

  • Facilitate individual and group coaching sessions

  • Conduct assessments and gather feedback to evaluate program effectiveness

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align leadership strategies with business goals

  • Support research and content development for training materials

  • Maintain records and reports related to leadership initiatives

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in leadership and organizational development

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or related roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and feedback

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Passion for leadership growth and people development
