Signal Tru Brand is seeking a dynamic and organized Events and Sales Assistant to support the execution of promotional campaigns, client events, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in multitasking, and enjoys engaging with people. You will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering exceptional event experiences while supporting our sales team in achieving client growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing corporate and promotional events from concept to completion

  • Coordinate logistics, vendor communications, and on-site setup for events

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and support client follow-ups

  • Manage event materials and inventory

  • Track and report event metrics, including client feedback and sales conversions

  • Provide administrative support to the Events and Sales Manager

  • Represent the brand professionally in all client-facing interactions

  • Participate in regular team meetings and strategy sessions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, sales assistance, or customer engagement

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

  • Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends depending on event schedules
