We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Columbus, OH. This role is essential to ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and that their experiences with our services are seamless and productive. As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and work closely with our design and strategy teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to clients via phone, email, and in-person

  • Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients

  • Manage client accounts and ensure project deadlines and expectations are met

  • Gather feedback and relay it to internal teams for continuous improvement

  • Prepare and maintain client documentation, reports, and service records

  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and status updates with clients and teams

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
