We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, contribute to brand strategy, and assist in tracking performance metrics. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

  • Support branding and promotional initiatives

  • Coordinate with the design team to develop campaign materials

  • Track marketing performance and prepare reports

  • Manage project timelines and assist in budget monitoring

  • Help organize and support events, product launches, and promotions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and research abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
