We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Agent to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear messaging across various internal and external platforms, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting public relations efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute internal and external communications

  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and official statements

  • Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging

  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports

  • Coordinate with clients and partners on communication strategies

  • Support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives

  • Ensure all communications reflect company voice and brand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in a communications or related role

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
