Job Description

We are looking for an organized and driven Event Specialist to plan, execute, and oversee various corporate and promotional events. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage every phase of the event lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-event reporting. The ideal candidate excels under pressure, communicates effectively, and ensures that each event meets strategic goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for corporate, promotional, and internal events

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure venues

• Supervise on-site event execution to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align event goals with company objectives

• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables throughout the event process

• Conduct post-event evaluations and present performance reports

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

• Handle event-related inquiries from clients, staff, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of proven experience in planning and executing events

• Strong project management and organizational skills
