We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day office operations, manage documentation, and provide assistance to different departments to ensure smooth and efficient internal workflows.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and documentation
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Support HR and accounting tasks as needed
Perform general office duties and errands
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
