Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide product and service information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to conduct surveys, promotions, or collections

  • Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and providing accurate information

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software or call center systems

  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary

  • Meet performance goals related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance

  • Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies

  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
