Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide product and service information, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to conduct surveys, promotions, or collections
Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and providing accurate information
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software or call center systems
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Meet performance goals related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
